25th August,2015,3 p.m. Anqing Foreign Language School’s west campus,all teachers of Class A&B in Grade 7 attended new students analysis survey meeting with regard to examination management,which was held at the Conference Room on the 2nd floor.School leaders present include Principal Xu Xuchang,Principal Assistant Lu Dan,Director Zhang Li,Deputy Director Wang Shengxiang,who hosted this meeting.
20 examination rooms were set up this time with 600 students of Class A&B attending.In the first place,Director Wang Shengxiang unscrambled examination transaction rules as well as specification requirement details.In the second place,Principal Xu Xuchang emphasized that all invigilators should possess service awareness for students in that teachers were supposed to pay attention to their appearance and manners,positively fulfill their corresponding responsibilities,perform the job well to satisfy students and parents.
